‘PANT THIEF’: MAN ARRAIGNED IN ANAMBRA COURT FOR STEALING PANTS WORTH N200

A man identified as Chineye Okoye has been arraigned before the Anambra Magistrate court in Onitsha, for stealing some N200 worth of pants belonging to a certain Ofodili Mary.
19 years old Okoye was said to have committed the offence which contravened section 353 subsection 12 of the criminal code cap 36 vol II Revised Laws of Anambra State Nigeria 1991 as amended, on the 11th of January 2019, at number 21, Ummuna street, Odoakpu Onitsha.
According to the prosecutor, Okoye stole the pants washed and spread on the rope at the said address.
