TENSION AS ADP SENATORIAL CANDIDATE; OLATOYE (SUGAR) SHOT DEAD IN OYO

A member of the House of Representatives, representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency of Oyo State, Hon Temitope Olatoye Sugar has been shot dead.

Sugar, who was the Action Democratic Party, ADP, Oyo Central Senatorial candidate, was shot in the eye on Saturday and was rushed to the University College Hospital, Ibadan.

Despite the prompt attention he received at the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Hospital, he eventually died.

Meanwhile, tension is already mounting in Ibadan, as his loyalists and some thugs are already causing chaos in the state over his death.
