BY JENN NOMAMIKOR In Guto Village, a border community in Bwari Area Council, the Federal Capital Territory Police Command reported on Thursday that its agents had foiled an attempted kidnapping. The group of roughly thirty armed guys allegedly broke into the neighborhood and tried to break into a house.
