DAMES HUB HOSTS WELLNESS, MENOPAUSE OUTREACH TO HONOUR ALAKE OF EGBA’S 20TH CORONATION ANNIVERSARY

In celebration of the 20th Coronation Anniversary of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo III, CFR, the Alake of Egbaland, the Dames Hub Wellness Initiative will host a special Wellness and Menopause Sensitization Outreach on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Adire Hall, Ake Palace, Abeokuta.
Themed “Alake’s Daughters: A Midlife Wellness & Empowerment Initiative in Egbaland,” the event aims to promote women’s health, midlife wellness, and empowerment through education and community support.
The outreach will feature free medical checkups, menopause and hormonal wellness talks, as well as sessions on nutrition, massage therapy, and mental health support.
Organized by Dames Hub Wellness Initiative, the programme is held in collaboration with Chances and Opportunities Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, and supported by the Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs.
According to the organizers, the initiative is designed to “celebrate wellness, wisdom, and womanhood” while empowering Egba women with essential knowledge and access to healthcare resources during midlife transitions.
The event will run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, bringing together women from across Egbaland to engage in health screenings, expert discussions, and empowerment activities in honor of the Alake’s two decades of exemplary reign.
