JAMB EXPLAINS HOW CANDIDATES CAN CHECK SUPPORT TICKETS

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has explained how candidates who submitted complaints through its online support platform can access and track their existing support tickets.
The examination body provided the information in an explainer video, outlining five steps candidates can follow to view complaints they have previously lodged.
JAMB advised candidates not to create a new ticket when they want to check the status of an existing complaint.
According to the board, candidates should first visit its official support platform at support.jamb.gov.ng and proceed to the support section.
Candidates accessing the platform on mobile devices are required to select the “Ticket/Support” option from the menu.
They should then select “Access Existing Ticket” to proceed.
JAMB said candidates will be required to provide the email address linked to their JAMB e-Facility profile, along with any ticket ID associated with their complaint.
After entering the required information, candidates should submit the request. The existing ticket will then be displayed, and they can click on the ticket ID highlighted in blue to open and view its details.
The five steps outlined by JAMB are:
- Visit support.jamb.gov.ng.
- Select “Ticket/Support” from the menu.
- Click on “Access Existing Ticket.”
- Enter the email address linked to the JAMB e-Facility profile and a ticket ID.
- Submit the details and click on the blue ticket ID to access the complaint.
JAMB said the guide is part of its “JAMB Explained” series, which provides candidates with information on how to navigate its services and procedures.
