COURT INVALIDATES ADELEKE’S NOMINATION AS PDP GOV’SHIP CANDIDATE

The High Court sitting in Abuja has disqualified Sen Ademola Adeleke as the governorship candidate of PDP, invalidating his nomination.
The embattled Senator is having two separate cases in two different Courts. One is Civil and the other is certificate Forgery.
The Court ruled that he is not fit to contest as he does not possess a secondary school leaving certificate.
