SANWO-OLU LEADS INSPECTION OF RENOVATION WORK AT EIGHT-STORY LAGOS REVENUE HOUSE
Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, other members of the state executive council, and Governor Babajide Sanwoolu conducted an on-site assessment of the ongoing rehabilitation work at the eight-story Lagos Revenue House structure.
The Lagos State Lottery and Gaming Authority, the Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA), and the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LAASA), among other organizations, will share the remaining space in the complex, while LIRS will occupy a sizeable portion of the structure.
This revenue house is significant since it houses many of our primary income-generating organizations.
The entire purpose of locating them in a single office complex is to allow them to share resources, create synergies, and enhance their respective capabilities.
They will also provide our individuals and organizations with a one-stop shop to handle several statutory transactions, such as license renewal, tenement rate, land assessment, and general land administration issues.
