WHITNEY ADENIRAN: LAGOS STATE GOVT CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF POST-MORTEM REPORT

The Lagos State Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo; confirmed the receipt of the post mortem report on the cause of Whitney Adeniran’s death.
Adefisayo also restated the commitment of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, that nothing will be spared at ensuring appropriate interrogation of the cause and prosecution of anyone found culpable in Whitneyās death.
The Commissioner assured the parents of Whitney, the Chrisland pupil who died during the school sports day, that no effort will spared to get justice for her.
Adefisayo stated this during a condolence visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs Adeniran at their residence in Lagos.
Mrs Adefisayo assured the parents that the Ministry of Education shares in their grief and will be with the family in the journey for justice.
The Commissioner was accompanied on the visit by Mr Abayomi Abolaji, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mrs Abiola Seriki-Ayeni, Director General, Office of Education Quality Assurance, Mrs Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, Executive Secretary, Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency and some Directors of the Ministry.
