
CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: RANGERS, REMO STARS LEARN PRELIMENARY ROUND OPPONENTS
Nigerian champions Rangers will begin their campaign in the CAF Champions League against US Zilimadjou of Comoros.
US Zilimadjou will host the first leg between August 16-18.
Rangers will entertain their opponent in the reverse fixture at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu between August 23-25.
The overall winners will face the winner of the tie between St Louis of Mauritius and Angola’s GDSE in the second preliminary round.
The country’s other representative in the CAF Champions League Remo Stars will be up against AS FAR of Morocco in the preliminary round.
The first leg will be played between 16-18 August , while the second leg will hold between 23-25 August.
The winner will face either Sudan’s El Merreikh or Libya’s representative in the second preliminary round.
