Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal has launched a series of strategic engagements with Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders across the state.

According to a statement released Wednesday by his media aide, Sulaiman Idris, the meetings aim to assess the party’s performance and strengthen its presence throughout Zamfara.

Idris explained that the sessions are intended to foster strategy development and provide a platform to discuss key political and state-related issues.

The first meeting was held Tuesday at the Rescue Hall, Government House, Gusau, with participants from Gummi and Maru local government areas.

“The meetings provide the governor with an opportunity to engage directly with party stakeholders on pressing political matters affecting both the PDP and the state,” Idris said.

He added that similar engagements will be held with representatives from all 14 local government areas in the coming weeks, enabling Governor Lawal to hear concerns, receive advice, and gather crucial feedback from communities across Zamfara.

Idris emphasized that these interactions demonstrate the PDP’s sustained strength and influence throughout the state.
