The ruling All progressive congress says it will obey the party’s constitution as well as the Nigerian constitution in all its activities.
The governors of Zamfara, Abdulazeez Yari, Plateau, Simon Lalong, Imo, Rochas Okorocha, Kano, Abdullahi Ganduje and Ogun Ibikunle Amosun, briefed State House Correspondents at the end of the meeting which held in the office of the president this Wednesday. According to governor Abdul azeez yari of zamfara State, all the 24 governors of the APC are in the same page with Mr. President and have resolved to respect the party constitution,
The governor noted that the committee set up by the National Secretariat of party headed by governor of Plateau State, is presenting its report this Wednesday .

Governor okorocha of imo state on his part said, the issue of congress and convention does not mean that the previous people who have served the party did badly as such they are allowed to recontest ‘re echoing that the party remains intact ahead of the 2019 general elections.
