Super Falcons For China Invitational Tourney In January
African champions, the Super Falcons of Nigeria will take part in an invitational tournament in China in January 2019, reports.
Aside from the Super Falcons and hosts China, Korea DPR and Romania are the other teams that will do battle in the competition.
The competition will run from January 14th to 21st, 2019.
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that the Nigerian ladies will also participate in another invitational competition tagged, the Cyprus Cup in February 2019.
Thomas Dennerby’s charges will face Belgium, Austria and Slovakia in Group B of the competition.
The tournament will be played between February 25 and March 7.
The Super Falcons will use the invitational competitions to fine-tune their strategies ahead of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France.
The WEST AFRICANS are drawn against hosts France, Norway and Korea Republic in Group A for the 2019 World Cup.
