ENYIMBA NOT HAPPY WITH A HOME DRAW AGAINST LOBI
Enyimba midfielder Austine Oladapo has revealed that the team was disappointed not to get a win over visiting Lobi Stars in the matchday four of the NPFL on Wednesday played at Aba township stadium on Wednesday.
The People’s Elephant was looking to return to winning ways having suffered a defeat in a five-goal thriller at the weekend against Kwara United.
The Usman Abdallah’s side last won a league game on the opening day of the season when they beat MFM 2-0 at home and had since suffered a defeat before the home draw.
Following the two points dropped in front of their home fans, Oladapo told Brila.net’s Seyi Alao that the team is disappointed but they must keep going.
“Not the result we wanted but in everything, we give thanks to God Almighty and we must keep fighting till we get the desire wins,”
“And I want to say big thank you to our fans for the great support and we will make it up to you guys.”
Enyimba is third on Group A table after three games with a win, one draw and loss respectively.
