NPFL: MFM COACH, ILECHUKWU NOT CARRIED AWAY WITH THEIR NUMBER ONE POSITION ON THE LOG
Joseph Omoniyi
Manager of the Mountain Of Fire Ministries Football club, MFM FC, Fidelis Illechukwu has maintained that his sides has nothing to celebrate despite sitting atop of the Premier league group A table of the Nigeria’s Professional League, NPFL, following the 1-0 away win recorded against Remo stars.
Speaking in a chat with Brilla FM, said he isn’t thinking too far ahead of himself with a clear intention from the beginning to lead the team to premier league safety because of the mass exodus of the club’s top players before the start of the season.
He added that the away win will be beneficial to the team in the course of the campaign and will not get into their head but rather help their course as attention immediately shift to their next fixture at home to Niger Tornadoes.
