Nigeria forward Alex Iwobi made his fourth start for Arsenal who drew their UEFA Champions League clash 2-2 at home to Paris Saint Germain at the Emirates stadium on Wednesday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The 20-year-old, who was restored to the Gunners starting line-up after being an unused substitute in last Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford, was replaced in the 77th minute by Granit Xhaka.
An own goal by Marci Verratti in the 59th minute put Arsenal 2-1 up but Lucas Moura’s header with the slightest with an unfortunate touch from Iwobi handed the Parisians a valuable point from the game.
The draw saw PSG regain top spot in Group A with a superior head to head over Arsenal after five games.
In the other fixture in Group A, Ludogorets Razgrad played out a goalless draw at home to Basel.
The final round of matches in Group A will see the Gunners travel to Basel while Paris Saint Germain host Ludogorets Razgrad.
