BREAKING: Southgate appointed as new England manager on a 4-year contract
Gareth Southgate, who is a former England player, is the new full-time England manager, the Football Association (FA) announced after a board meeting on Wednesday.
The 46-year-old, who has been in charge of the national team for four games on a temporary basis, signed a four-year contract which will take in both the 2018 World Cup and the 2020 European Championship.
