JOEBOY : DON’T LET SOCIAL MEDIA DEFINE YOUR VALUES
The Nigerian musician Joeboy has cautioned his followers against letting social media dictate their morals.
Speaking about the irrational expectations that are prevalent on the internet, he issued the warning.
The artist pointed out that social media posts and pictures aren’t always accurate.
He advised people not to measure their lives by the idealized pictures and posts they see online.
“People lie a lot,” Joeboy wrote in a post on his X account.
“Better don’t let social media define your standards. People lie a lot,” he wrote.
