SHOOTING STARS FORCED TO A GOALESS DRAW BY KWARA UNITED IN ILORIN

Shooting Stars Sports Club drew 0-0 with Kwara United in their NPFL Matchday 14 game at the Rashidi Yekini Main Bowl, George Innih Stadium, Ilorin. The match was a tight, intense affair with both teams creating chances but failing to score.
Shooting Stars dominated early on, with Wasiu Ganiyu and Tijani Kabir testing the Kwara United keeper. However, Kwara United grew into the game, responding with pressure of their own and winning a dangerous free kick in the 24th minute.
The game took a hit in the 36th minute when Ghali Falke was injured and replaced by Justice Apaingolo, and Wasiu Ganiyu was also subbed off for Qamar Adegoke in the 41st minute due to a knock.

In the second half, Shooting Stars pushed hard, with Adegoke and Ayobami Junior creating promising chances, but the Kwara United defense held firm. Coach Nurudeen Aweroro made changes, introducing Adams Mustapha and Desmond Ojietefian, but neither team could find the winning goal.
The Oluyole Warriors will look to bounce back at home against El-Kanemi Warriors in their next match, aiming to climb the NPFL table.
