Popular Kemisola Apesin, widely known as Kemity or Sidi, has dismissed allegations that she exchanged sexual favors with a male colleague to secure movie roles.

Her response follows the ongoing public dispute involving actor and filmmaker Itele, her boss, and Austin Emmanuel.

The controversy began when Austin, who has been absent from the movie scene for some time, accused Itele—whom he described as a longtime friend—of betraying him after his career declined. Itele, however, denied ever having a close friendship with Austin, insisting he was already an established producer before they met.

Austin fired back, claiming that senior colleague Don Richard had introduced Itele to him during the peak of his career, prior to his setback.

Amid the heated exchange, Kemity stepped in to defend her boss, warning Austin to stop criticizing Itele and threatening to reveal undisclosed details. Her involvement drew backlash from Austin’s supporters, who accused her of sleeping with industry figures for roles and warned they would expose alleged secrets if she continued to interfere.

Breaking her silence after days of online attacks, Kemity took to Instagram on Friday to firmly deny the claims. She stated that she has never used her body to gain film opportunities and urged the public not to be misled by social media speculation.
