Former Big Brother Naija “Shine Ya Eye” winner, Whitemoney, has appealed to aspiring contestants of the reality show to stop asking him for help to secure entry into the programme.

According to him, several people have flooded his direct messages, requesting that he influence their selection ahead of the eleventh season of the show.

Speaking in a video message, Whitemoney advised hopefuls to follow the proper audition process instead of trying to bypass it through connections.

He stressed that he does not have the authority to determine who gets admitted into the Big Brother Naija house.

“My DM is full of messages from people asking me to help them get into BBNaija. Please, I don’t have the power to put anyone in the Big Brother house. Stop sending such messages. Every year, once the show is approaching, people start messaging me, but this year’s own is too much.

“I know the economy is difficult and many people want fame through the Big Brother platform. But please, go and audition and follow the right process. I auditioned four times before I was finally selected. Even if you are rejected, keep trying. Also, don’t allow scammers deceive you into paying money for a BBNaija slot. Be careful,” he said.
