Celebrity fashion designer Veekee James, whose real name is Victoria James, and her husband, Femi Atere, have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Eliana.

Veekee James shared the joyful news in an Instagram post on Wednesday, revealing that their daughter was born on May 2, 2026.

“She’s here. #elianaatere. 02-May-26. Eliana Adeife Atere,” she wrote.

The celebrity designer also explained the meaning behind her daughter’s name, saying, “EL (God) and ANA (He has answered), meaning ‘My God has answered.’”

Quoting the Bible verse 1 Samuel 1:27, she added, “For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him.”

Several celebrities and fans flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages.

Media entrepreneur Mo Abudu wrote, “Congratulations, my darling, we give God all the glory. She is beautiful.”

Social media influencer Tomike Adeoye commented, “Thank you, Lord, for our beautiful testimony! Congratulations, Mama and Papa Eliana.”

Skit maker Folagade Banks also celebrated the couple, while actress Osas Ighodaro described the baby as “absolutely beautiful.”

Content creator and actress KieKie added, “What the Lord has done for you is marvellous, and His joy will never depart from you. Congratulations, Veekee.”
