Chelsea’s Victor Moses is Nigeria’s world-class player – Gernot Rohr
Chelsea star Victor Moses is Nigeria’s world-class player leading up to the World Cup in Russia next year, according to coach Gernot Rohr.
Victor Moses is the team’s leading scorer in the qualifiers with three goals and he has been the No 1 inspiration in the country’s qualification for Russia 2018.
“He is a world-class player and you can rely on him any time and any moment he is player,” Rohr told Sporting Life.
“He is the most impressive player in my team.
“He is fast and I hope he will not get injured before the World Cup in Russia.
“I have absolute confidence in him.”
CAF have selected the AFCON 2013 champion in the best XI in the last three World Cup qualifiers.
Russia 2018 will be his second World Cup after he featured at the 2014 tournament in Brazil.
