ABUJA DISCO APPOINTS OJELABI AS ACTING MD
The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC, has named Victor Ojelabi as acting Managing Director.
On Monday, AEDC sources verified the development.
Ijelabi served as the company’s chief internal auditor prior to his appointment.
“It is true. The CIA is now the acting Managing Director,” he said.
However, Etim Donald, the head of media, has not yet commented on the development.
According to reports, Ojelabi was named in an acting capacity while Christopher Ezeafulukwe, the substantive MD, is in the United Arab Emirates on sick leave.
Remember that AEDC named Ezeafulukwe as its new managing director just over five months ago.
