ISRAEL’S PM TO BE DISCHARGED TUESDAY AFTER HERNIA OPERATION
Tuesday marks Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s second day out of the hospital following a hernia operation, according to his office.
As his six-month battle with Hamas in the Gaza Strip draws to an end, Netanyahu checked himself into the hospital late on Sunday for the tightly monitored treatment.
The premier’s office stated that he “is feeling very well and continues to hold his daily routine—including consultations and conversations—from the hospital” and that Tuesday afternoon was the planned time of his release.
