NPFL: NIGER GOVT COMMENDS TORNADOES FOR MAINTAINING TOP-FLIGHT STATUS
The Niger State Government has applauded Niger Tornadoes for an impressive 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
The Ikon Allah Boys confirmed their top-flight status on the final day of the season.
The Permanent Secretary of the state Ministry of Sports, Doctor Nuhu Garba Ngaski, hailed the club’s achievement while receiving the management team of the club.
Ngaski described the team’s performance as commendable despite the challenges they encountered.
He also assured that the state government will continue to give necessary support to the team in other to surpass the feat achieved.
Niger Tornadoes finished last season in 14th position with 51 points from 38 matches.
