LAGOS GOVT CONDUCTS YEAR 2024 TRADE TEST THEORY FOR ARTISANS
The Lagos State Government has conducted the theoretical aspect of the year 2024 Trade Test for 548 Artisans in the State.
The theoretical aspect of the Test was conducted today at both Government Junior and Senior College, Agege, Lagos.
According to a statement signed by the Director, Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Adebayo Orunsolu, participation in both the theoretical and practical aspects are imperative for the success of artisans who registered for the Test.
The statement also pointed out that the test was conducted to add value to the certificates of registered candidates.
The Director also admonished candidates to put up serious efforts not only as a personal commitment to excellence, but as a practical demonstration of the skills they had acquired.
He further revealed that the Trade Test is specifically designed to evaluate the skills and knowledge of Artisans in their respective areas of specialisation in order to ensure high standards of proficiency and skills in the various crafts.
The Director expressed satisfaction that the atmosphere during the conduct of the test was peaceful and orderly as candidates focused intently on answering their questions while navigating through different sections of the test in a bid to demonstrate their proficiency, skills and knowledge.
Meanwhile, the Practical Aspect of the Test will be conducted on Thursday, 17th October, 2024 at the various designated centres across the State.
