CDCFIB RELEASES SHORTLIST FOR IMMIGRATION, CIVIL DEFENCE, FIRE AND CORRECTIONAL SERVICES RECRUITMENT

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the release of the shortlist for applicants who applied for recruitment into the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

In a public announcement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj. Gen. (Rtd.) A. M. Jibril, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the Board directed all applicants to visit its official recruitment portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng — from Thursday, October 30, 2025, to check if they have been shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment exercise.

According to the notice, shortlisted candidates are to take note of their Computer-Based Test (CBT) venues, dates, and times as indicated on the portal.

The Board also cautioned applicants to rely solely on the official website for information to avoid falling victim to fraudulent schemes.

“All applicants are enjoined to take note of the Board’s portal address highlighted above to avoid being scammed,” the statement read.
