The Gunners took the lead through Noni Madueke, who curled a precise shot into the top corner. Mansfield responded when Will Evans capitalized on a defensive lapse to level the score, but substitute Eberechi Eze stepped up to restore Arsenal’s advantage and seal the win.

Earlier on Friday, Liverpool bounced back from a recent defeat to Wolves, defeating them 3-1 at Molineux.

Other fifth-round fixtures will see Manchester City travel to Newcastle United, while Chelsea face Wrexham on the road, among other matches.
