The recent petrol price reduction follows at least five increases implemented by Dangote Refinery since March 2026, amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
The media reports that this adjustment represents a downward revision in the refinery’s pricing structure and is expected to impact fuel supply costs across distribution channels, including depots and retail outlets.
