Europa League: Arsenal trashed CSKA Moscow 4:1

Read Time:42 Second

Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsey scored twice as Arsenal thrashed CSKA Moscow 4-1 in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final tie on Thursday.
Arsene Wenger was able to call upon Lacazette to lead the line, after the France striker made his return from a six-week layoff last weekend. Petr Cech came in for the injured David Ospina in goal.
But it was Ramsey who opened scoring, tucking away Hector Bellerin’s cross.
CSKA levelled through Aleksandr Golovin’s exquisite free-kick.
The referee pointed to the spot for a foul on Mesut Ozil and Lacazette stepped up to make it 2-1.
Ramsey produced a stunning lob to make it 3-1, before Lacazette drilled in Arsenal’s fourth.

The second leg will be played in Russia next Thursday.
