NIGERIAN POLICE POP CHAMPAGNE FOR APPREHENDING BOKO HARAM BOMB EXPERT, UMAR

The Nigerian Police were in jubilation mood yesterday after a Deadly and Most wanted Boko Haram leader, bank robber, assassin, explosive expert and Mastermind of the Kuje and Nya nya Abuja Bombings Of 2015, known as Umar was nabbed by the IRT team yesterday.
This was made known by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Abba Kyari via his Facebook page on Thursday.
Umar who was said to be the Gang-leader Of the gunmen that murdered 7 policemen at Galadimawa Roundabout, Lugbe in Abuja, was also reportedly the Overall Commander Of Edo and Ondo State multiple bank robberies, several Killings in Okene Axis Of Kogi.
He was alleged to be the grand commander of the attack and rescue operations on the Niger State prison early this year where he lost one of his eyes during the operation which led to the escape of over 100 prisoners.
Abba Kyari wrote, “The most wanted Suspect was arrested by IRT Special team today after he escaped with bullet wounds from Abuja 3 weeks ago when IRT teams arrested 4 of his Gangmembers and recovered 4 AK47 Rifles And Hundreds Of ammunitions. Today is one of the happiest Days of my Life. Massive Celebration as the Person Responsible for Hundreds of death of Innocent Citizens and Police Officers across the Nation has been apprehended. Kudos to Nigeria Police force, Kudos to IGP Ibrahim Idris, Kudos to IRT”.
