APC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES: FIRST BALLOT BOX RESULTS

As organisers sort ballots at the Eagles Square location of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential primary poll, former Lagos State Governor Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is taking an early lead.
After six aspirants stood down for him, Tinubu entered the presidential primary with an advantage over the other candidates.
The former Lagos governor is now in the lead, based on the already sorted ballots.
As sorting continues, several of his admirers can be seen dancing and jubilating.
He has gotten more attention than any other candidate.
Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo trail Tinubu.
