According to trustworthy transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea and Leeds have reached an agreement for the transfer of Brazilian winger Raphinha to Stanford Bridge.
Leeds, who had previously rejected bids from Arsenal and Barcelona, accepted Chelsea’s bid, worth around 60/65 million pounds including add-on. The player and Chelsea are now working out personal terms.
