INSECURITY: NSCDC BOSS HOLDS MEETING WITH ZONAL COMMANDERS AND STATE COMMANDANTS

The Controller General of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, has summoned Zonal Commanders and State Commandants to an emergency meeting.
The meeting, which is still ongoing at the NSCDC Headquarters in Abuja, was called as part of efforts to combat the country’s rising insecurity.
It was learned that the Senior officers would be read riot acts during the meeting.
Security advancement at various correctional facilities across the country, as well as monitoring of private guards, would be top priorities in discussions with senior officers.
