Operatives of the Abuja Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), have arrested 49 internet fraud suspects.
The suspects within the 19yrs and 32yrs age bracket, were arrested in a sting in various homes at Navy Estate, Cajaah-Orozo, a suburb of Abuja, following credible intelligence on their alleged criminal activities.
Meanwhile, among the items seized from them include over fifty mobile phones of different brands, fifteen laptops and a Lexus ES330 salon.
The suspects will be charged to court as soon as the investigations are concluded.
