WHY I TURNED DOWN SEXY MOVIE ROLES – ACTRESS BIMBO ADEMOYE
By Adeniyi Onaara
Award-winning actress Bimbo Ademoye has revealed how movie producers wanted to use her.
Bimbo Ademoye told Sun Newspaper that moviemakers and filmmakers wanted to use her physique for movie parts, but she rejected.
Most film producers, she claims, sought to cast her in roles with which she felt uncomfortable.
She said that most film producers wanted her to portray seductive characters such as the side chick and the spouse snatcher, but she turned them down.
“To tell you the truth, everyone wanted to use the body. Everyone wanted me to portray the attractive secretary, the girl who stole someone’s spouse, or the girl who stole the other person’s husband, I consider myself quite fortunate.
“I got into the business through Uduak Isong.” I didn’t have any problems sleeping with producers because of my jobs, and I’ve never slept with anyone for that reason. “When I first started, she was more like a mother to me,” she explained.
