…. the giant strides of a growing lion in the entertainment, block-chain and property industry in Nigeria: A peek into Mr. Sunday Stephen aka Dosh Lowkee investment portfolio.

The Chief Executive Officer of Dash Entertainment Empire, Sunday Stephen, otherwise known as Dash Lowkee, has revealed the thought he had when he came up with the idea of establishing an entertainment company as well as an estate development company.

In a twenty minutes interview with Dash Lowkee, when asked about his objectives, he gave a glimpse about his Portfolio, business ideas and ideals.

Mr. Sunday Stephen, is the Chief – Executive – Officer (CEO) of the record label “Dosh Entertainment Empire” registered as “Doshlowkee Entertainment Limited” and a property mogul, operating his estate company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as “Doshlowkee Properties Limited”.

It is said that “if an old woman falls down twice, one counts the things she’s carrying in her market basket”, this adage may not be far from the truth particularly as it concerns the CEO of Doshlowkee Entertainment Limited in recent times.

The entertainment and property mogul recently announced his partnership with the owners of Simply Webtech Limited, and has indicated his intention to continually invest in other industries so as to expand his business portfolio and continue to contribute his quota to the Nigerian employment sector.

The business mogul informed us that his interest in the property market manifested when his company lawyer and secretary, who registered his entertainment industry introduced him to the possibilities in the property market, this he informed, peeked his interest and through the same lawyer he registered his property company and since then he hasn’t regretted his decision.

Where the saying that “A fresh start isn’t a new place, it’s a new mindset” to be considered, the story of Mr. Sundays venture into the entertainment industry always comes to mind.

He explained further, “When I was about to register my property company, I had the mindset that this is a separate business, that my investments, profits and business interest in my entertainment business has nothing to do with the property company. First I mapped out a strategic plan highlighting source of funds, then proceeded to mapping out property choice areas in Lagos State. ”

“It was after I saw the profits being generated in the property industry that I decided to then register a company in 2023 through Mr. Ademola Adefolaju Esq., who doubles as my company lawyer/secretary and my personal lawyer.”

Mr. Sunday, went on to say that, “The mission of the property company is to revolutionize the estate industry in Nigeria, by offering genuine and property of value for value to its customers”.

As far as entertainment investment interest is concerned, Mr. Sunday informed that “Dosh Entertainment Empire is an innovative and dynamic entertainment organization that has carved a niche for itself in the industry.

He however, explained that the organization is founded with a deep-seated passion for music, film, philanthropy and arts, with the primary objective of the company being to discover, nurture, and promote talents, thereby contributing significantly to the entertainment industry.

According to Mr. Sunday, at Dosh Entertainment, the belief is that entertainment is a powerful tool for fun time, education, inspiration and if effectively deployed can save lives and change the society, and their output is not only about fun, but more of entertainment, culturally relevant and impactful content to the general populace.

On his partnership with the owners of Simply Webtech Limited and his investment therein, Mr. Sunday simply stated thus; “it is an idea rooted in the trend.
