LAGOS HoS, AGORO PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO LATE ALH. TAWAKALITU BALOGUN’S FAMILY (PHOTOS)

Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro, on Thursday,  accompanied by the Body of Permanent Secretaries, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Alhaja Tawakalitu Omolara Balogun, wife of the 15th Head of Service, Hon. Yakub Balogun, at their residence in Dolphin Extension, Ikoyi Lagos.

In a condolence message read on behalf of the Lagos State Government, the Body of Permanent Secretaries, and the entire workforce of Lagos State, Mr. Agoro described the late Alhaja Tawakalitu as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who embodied true love, kindness, and benevolence. 

He noted that her life had a positive impact on others and that her loss is irreplaceable not only to the Balogun family but also to friends and well-wishers.

Agoro highlighted her devotion to Islam and dedication to serving Allah and humanity, attributes that are worthy of emulation. 

He prayed that Allah grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss and that His peace abides in their homes. He also prayed that Allah grant her Aljannah Firdaus.

In his response, Hon. Yakub Balogun thanked the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro and the Permanent Secretaries for their visit and support during this difficult time. 

During the visit, he shared his experiences while in the State Public Service and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in the Lagos State Public Service. 

He also prayed for the well-being of everyone in the Lagos State Public Service.
