Veteran Nigerian actor Don Richard has dismissed viral claims that he is dead.
The media reports that the actor was said to have passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, following a prolonged battle with kidney failure.
Reacting in a post on his Instagram page on Friday, Don Richard debunked the report, stating that he is alive and in good health.
“There’s nothing wrong with me. I appreciate my fans for their love and concern. I’m alive and in good health. I’m very much alive—those bloggers can keep spreading false news; God will judge them,” he said.
The media recalls that the actor sought financial assistance in July 2025 after selling his house and cars due to his struggle with kidney disease.
