
CASH/FUEL SCARCITY PROTESTS: ONE PERSON KILLED IN IBADAN AS VIOLENCE ENTERS DAY 2
At least one person lost his life as residents of Apata area in Ibadan, Oyo State; protested the cash and fuel crisis currently being faced by Nigerians.
Eyewitness accounts said that police fired at protesters in the Apata Market area resulting in the death of the protester while another protester was seen with a gunshot wound on his arm.
The situation has been brought under control by the operatives of the State’s security outfit; Operation Burst.
