
VGC CHAIRMAN GIHAN MBELU FOUND DEAD INSIDE CAR
According to reports, Gihan Mbelu, the Chairman of Victoria Garden City (VGC) in Lagos State’s Lekki-Ajah neighborhood, was discovered dead in his vehicle.
This happened on Friday, April 26, 2024, as the Lagos State Police Command reported.
According to the police, the Victoria Garden City Estate’s general manager reported the issue to the command.
Around ten in the morning on Friday, the 42-year-old was discovered unconscious in his ash-colored C300 4Matic automobile, with the ignition running and the windshield rolled up around the VGC area.

After Mbelu was taken to Lagos University Teaching Hospital and declared dead, police investigators were called to the site.
Thereafter, his body was placed in the hospital morgue for preservation and an autopsy.
The state’s police announced that an initial investigation had begun and that more information would be released.
