OSUN PDP LEADERS BACK GOV ADELEKE AMID DEFECTION RUMORS, VOWS LOYALTY TO HIS POLITICAL FUTURE

The leadership caucus of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State has unanimously passed a vote of confidence on Governor Ademola Adeleke, affirming its unwavering support for any political decision he may take — including the possibility of defecting to another party.
At a high-level meeting held on Saturday at the Banquet Hall of the Government House, party leaders across all strata of government and the PDP structure commended Adeleke’s leadership and declared their readiness to follow him “wherever he goes.”
The gathering featured representatives from the National Assembly caucus, State House of Assembly, State Executive Council, PDP State Executive, the Special Advisers’ Forum, the Elders Caucus, and the state chapter of ALGON.
After receiving a briefing from Governor Adeleke and holding extensive deliberations, the caucus issued a communiqué affirming full alignment with the Governor’s current and future political direction.
While acknowledging that consultations are ongoing regarding his next move, the leaders made clear that their loyalty to Adeleke remains steadfast.

Adewale Egbedun, Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Ireyode Oyewusi, SSG Hon. Teslim Igbalaye, Chief of Staff Hon. Kazeem Akinleye, former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Senator Oluwole Alabi, Alhaji Tajudeen Oladipo, Alhaji Fatai Akinbade, Rt. Hon. Lasun Yusuf, Alhaji Gani Olaoluwa, Rev.
