Manchester United reportedly passed on the opportunity to sign Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi during the January 2024 transfer window.

The revelation came from football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on his Here We Go podcast. According to Romano, Ndidi would have represented a “low-cost” acquisition for the Red Devils.

Despite his interest in moving to Old Trafford, Ndidi eventually left Leicester City and joined Besiktas.
