Veteran Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has revealed that she once had a very aggressive personality.

The Nollywood star shared this during a recent interview captured in a video that has been circulating widely on social media.

Reflecting on her early life, Omotola explained that the challenges her family faced while she was growing up contributed to shaping her aggressive nature.

The actress admitted that her impatience contributed to her behaviour at the time, adding that maturity, life experiences, and faith in God have helped her overcome it.

“I used to be very aggressive. When I was younger, I had a lot of anger inside me. After I lost my father, I couldn’t blame God because I had already given my life to Christ, but deep down I felt the need to blame someone.

“I was angry at life and kept asking myself, ‘Why me? Why did I deserve this?’ Things became really difficult for my family, and I felt it wasn’t fair. That period made me very impatient.

“But with maturity, God, and life experiences, I have grown. That side of me rarely shows up now, maybe once in a long while, and I really dislike that feeling,” she said.
