AC Milan To Offer Chelsea Donnarumma For Morata
Gianluigi Donnarumma is in the news for a possible move to Chelsea in a sensational swap deal which would see Alvaro Morata head to AC Milan, according to reports.
Milan goalkeeper Donnarumma remains one of the most promising youngsters in European football despite a disappointing season for the Rossoneri.
Chelsea could lose current number one, Thibaut Courtois, whose contract set to expire at the end of next season, with the goalkeeper’s preference a move to Real Madrid.
But according to Corriere dello Sport, the Blues could be offered a replacement with Milan willing to send Donnarumma to Stamford Bridge in exchange for Morata.
The Italian paper report that Milan are concerned by UEFA’s financial fair play restrictions having splashed out almost £165million in the summer of 2017.
Despite Donnarumma’s agent Mino Raiola agitating for a move for his client, there have been no concrete offers to take the 19-year-old away from the San Siro.
