FIFA FAILS TO ‘MENTION’ RONALDO AS MEMBER OF THE 2019 FIFPRO 11 AFTER THE PLAYER BOYCOTTED THE PRESTIGIOUS EVENT
Juventus and Portuguese star man, Cristiano was not announced as part of this year’s FIFPRO11 after the player failed to show up for the prestigious award night.
The former Real Madrid player who did not attend the FIFA’s The Best award, also lost the The Best FIFA Men’s Player of The Year to Lionel Messi.
His name was not announced on the stage while everybody stood behind and came to the forefront as their names were called out.
Here is the FIFA FIFPro Men’s World XI: Alisson Becker, Matthijs de Ligt, Sergio Ramos, Virgil van Dijk, Marcelo, Luka Modric, Frenkie de Jong, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Eden Hazard and Cristiano Ronaldo.
