Chelsea ‘would accept £61.5m for Eden Hazard’
Chelsea would reportedly accept an offer of £61.5m from Paris Saint-Germain for the services of Eden Hazard this summer. The 25-year-old has been subject of much speculation that he will depart Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, with the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and the Ligue 1 leaders all thought to be interested. PSG are leading the chase, according to French website BuzzSport, and view Hazard as a more affordable alternative to targets such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar as they go in search of a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede is out of contract at the end of the season and has thus far refused to commit to a new deal, prompting speculation that he will depart the capital outfit after four years. Hazard is expected to return from a groin injury for the Blues’ showdown with Arsenal at the Emirates on Sunday.
