LAGOS MARKS 2026 TREE PLANTING DAY AT EKO AMORE GARDENS (PHOTOS)

The Lagos State Government, through the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK), on Tuesday commenced activities to mark the 2026 Tree Planting Day at Eko Amore Gardens, Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1.
The annual event brought together government officials, environmental stakeholders, residents, students and other participants to promote tree planting and reinforce the importance of environmental sustainability across the state.
Activities at the venue were ongoing as of the time of filing this report, with participants expected to plant trees and engage in other awareness programmes aimed at encouraging a greener and healthier environment.
