MAN SLUMPS, DIES AFTER LONG HOURS OF STANDING ON BANK QUEUE

After several hours of standing in a queue, a yet-to-be-identified man slumped and died at a bank in Agbor, Delta State on Thursday.
According to a report, the customer slumped and died after waiting for long to collect his new Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card, at the bank which is located in Ika South Local Government area of the State.
However, DSP Bright Edafe, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the incident and cleared the air on the rumours that the man collapsed after standing for hours to withdraw cash from the bank’s ATM.
He said: “He was not trying to withdraw cash; he came to collect his ATM card.”
One Omole Mike, who shared a photo of the deceased on Facebook wrote: “Just now, at about 1:30 pm. Somebody collapsed and died in the First bank of Nigeria, Agbor Branch. The Date is on 02-02-2023. May his Soul Rest in Peace. It is well?”
