NOLLYWOOD VETERAN ACTOR, PAUL OBAZELE EMERGES AS EDO ADC GOV FLAGBEARER

In the run-up to Edo State’s governorship election on September 21, veteran Nollywood actor and director Paul Obazele has surfaced as the African Democratic Congress’ (ADC) nominee.
Party loyalists turned out for the primary election on Friday, which was conducted in Benin City’s Uselu axis.
Other candidates agreed to offer the Nollywood veteran as their flag bearer at the occasion.Observing the conduct of the exercise were representatives from the national headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The officials declared the election a success after the exercise.Obazele will now compete against other contenders for Edo State’s governorship on September 21.
